VX Power Winow Install

I own a 2001 VX Executive and really don't like winding y windows up and down and hence looking to install power windows. Looking around I can get the Regulators switches and looms easily enough but i was just wondering do I need any other parts. Looking around it looks like i need to either upgrade my BCM or bypass it with the secong looking most likely so what is involved in this and are there any trade offs. Other than that is it just plug and play or is more involved.\
