i have recently tried to put a factory plug back in my VX after the original one was cut off. The plug I used was from a VT and it didn’t have the brown or the yellow/red wires in the loom. Would anyone have a picture of a factory plug so I can work out where those wires go? Thanks for your help.

Checked a wiring diagram.
Base models = Yellow/Red is for power antenna & BCM, brown seems to go to clock spring.
I would just wire it up & test.

Could it have anything to do with the vx having the radio controls on the steering wheel and the vt doesn't ?

Yes I’m sure that’s it. I just need to know which pin in the radio connector has the yellow/red wire and which one has the brown. I can’t find I picture of an original VX connector or a pin wiring diagram anywhere on the internet.
