Hey guys
Soo I'm moving out of the drifting scene and into some sprints and it's roll cage time.

Firstly the car is a dedicated track machine.

I'm looking for some info and opinions on bolt in and weld in cages.
I've read a lot of negative views on the actual safety on bolt in kits but I figure if it's cams approved it must do the trick in case of accident.
I've looked at AGI tecnology and bond roll bars for an off the shelf bolt inkit around $900-$1200

Does anyone have a price point and reccomended work shop for a weld in set up? I am in Brisbane.

I should mention I cannot weld nor have the fAcilities to make my own.
So all work would be undertaken at a shop.

weld in is the way to go really if you can afford it

blot ins are apart from easy to fit into a car
also engineered with sheer points for easy replacement of section instead of a whole new unit

notice the heads of the bolts are on the front side only

#1 deception bay for roll cage material ..doesnt say welding

would you think a qualified boilermaker can weld the frame ..

the best way is to contact the tracks you are going to race at and some people in your racing class

they should know all Racing certified C.A.M.S specs welders that can do in car racing roll bars
in and around SEQ brisbane /gold coast

Yes ... you need something like these commodore setups that AGI tecnology provide ..note the Optional fitments ..

Thanks...at the moment I'm leaning towards the AGI state level 6 point with extra x brave in main hoop. Seems like good value. And hopefully I'll never have to use it and can re sell if the time comes
