Hi guys, was just curious if anyone knows if the fuel gauge on a vx being completely inaccurate is a common problem?? Seems to be getting worse ! Bluddy thing stopped on me in the middle of the Bruce hwy the other night and it’s a pain ! Has been just stopping when ever it wants, no warning not even the fuel light comes on and the digi gauge says around 130-160 ks to go when it stops.. cheers

Yes it's a common problem. Only way to really fix it is to replace the complete assembly, pump and all. And it needs to be a genuine Holden unit, if not expect the problem to resurface fairly quickly.
