So after going for a short drive this afternoon i got out locked my doors with the key bottons and went into a shop. When i came out about 10 mins later and got back in my car i realused the security light was blinking continuously (not like normal). It kept going even when i turned the car on. When i got home and tried to lock the doors they would not lock, so i fiddled around a little bit and finally got them to lock and the light went back to normal.

To explain the light blinking, normally it blinks like "blink...blink...blink" bur instead it was blinking like "blink blink blink blink"

some shops the door sensor is on the same frequency as the remote
my local shops use the same frequency as american car alarm remotes
i can't unlock my pontiac if i park in front of shops
first time it happened shop workers came out and said they see it all the time
had to push car a couple of meters away from shops and then was fine
