Hey i was looking at the little plaque in the engine bay on the passenger side firwall and its got on it vx P-Car wat does this mean? its a vx ss and its being brought brand new from a dealer to some woman and its got all log books and stuff does it mean it was gonna be a police car?

I think it means P-assenger car.
If it was a cop car there would be the letters 9C1 or similar in the numbers on the alloy plate on the raditaor support panel, another easy thing to help id them is a button on the dash below the trip computer button, that disables the interior lights. the speedo also has 2km increments instead of 5km ones.
Search for 9c1 in australia and you will find more info.

9c1 is also the prefix given to Chev cop cars, so if you don't limit your search to "Australian sites" you will find mainly US stuff. The Chev Caprice cop car was a good performer for a big car.
