As far as im aware all model cars from a certain date require rear reflectors
as part of law. VT have them in their tail lights and so on.....so depends if
you want to keep your car legal or not.

The SS did not have reflectors in their lights. This could only be pulled off legally, if you got Calais/Berlina taillights. They're identical, but they've got refelectors..

I reckon it'd look **** anyway.. Unless you filled it up properly..

If you're saying that you have them on it (which would not require a question mark), you would not need them because the refelctors are included in Monaro tail lights.

That said, if they are Ebay rice lights then they are more than likely defectable, I think, because of the reflectors not being bright enough.

I looked at having my VX SS rear bar plastic welded where the reflectors are when I got the CV8-R taillights. My body shop said they would be happy to take my money and it would look great for 6 to 12 months then you would start to notice them due to the large amount of flexing the bar does. So I decided to leave them. Its not that bad.
