Looking at the rear bumper today to check some slight damage to the bumper, can I remove the lip from the bumper or is it a 1 piece kit?

When I say that I mean can the lip be removed from the bumper or is it all one thing, as it looks as if its a molded 1 "piece". sorry about the confusion.

Lol cheers bud sux cause finding a zek bumper and putting a lip on it is easier and cheaper than finding a special SS one especially in black.

how knackered is the current bar?

It'd be cheaper and easier to buy a new one in the long run.

Get a hair dryer onto it and push it back out. Have some really cold water nearby once its back in position to cool it really quickly, then it will stay in place.

You can still buy the bars new. Probably cost you the better part of $300 though.
