VX Station Wagon 2000 Aclaim

My 2000 Holden Commodore VX Station Wagon cuts out when driving, it also cuts out (engine just dies) when its been idling for about 10 to 15 mins...
Inline fuel filter was changed but has made no difference. I can hear the fuel pump on start up and when running..

Are we talking V6? Sounds like the crank sensor is playing up. Try pouring some water down the side of the balancer when it plays up next.

I too thinking the crank sensor or maybe the throttle position sensor.
