Nothing wrong with it as such, just it costs alot more.

$5-$6 extra for about 70L over normal unleaded.
personally i wont use anything else.
each to there own.

I think what he is getting at is if its a daily driver you probably couldnt be bothered running the ultimate unless you can afford it.

fair enough...and what i am saying is that i drive my R8 everyday to work and use ultimate....like i said each to there own

i run my super6 on ultimate day in day out.

I think personally you should just go all out and intercool it :p

Mine used to be picky with 98octane petrol choices but since going to a W2A cooler it seems I can use any fuel even used a full tank of Shell Crappymax while I was away a couple of weekends ago and car still running smooth.
Because of my locality lately I've mainly been using Caltex Vortex 98 and no problems.
