How long ago (time wise) was replacing the lim gaskets?

Yes.

That eliminates a few things. O2 sensors for example run open loop until the temp sensor tells the ECU it's at op temp. That rules out fuel quality and filter, injectors and ignition. In short you know the engine runs okay in fuel dump mode, aka warming up

OP said it's getting worse. That could be a good thing in that it will be obvious what's wrong.

Bad fuel? As I said earlier, my VX misses under light acceleration at about 80KPH if I use e10 or 91. 95 is fair, but 98 is great. It's been that way since I had it.

Then there's something else wrong with your missus car. A stock Eco would run clean on the lard drippings from my grans roast, they don't care about octane. You're paying 2 bucks a litre for another reason. If it got worse after replacing the tps, it could just be a dodgy tps, I've had brand new ones fail
