can you confirm that you have fuel to the rail, maybe remove regulator, place a container and turn key to reds for a couple of seconds

as in you just checked ,or a week ago you had spark and fuel
double and triple check each spark plug lead goes to correct coil
next step is a compression check

dont forget to check each lead goes to the correct plug/coil
i have caught myself out a few times, even when i was sure i had not mixed them up

Double checked the leads and they were all good, performed the compression test and I think this may point to the issue? The readings are as follows:
Cylinders 2, 4 & 6 = 125psi
Cylinders 1 & 3 = 105psi
Cylinder 5 = 115psi

a little lower than i would like but i dont think your issue
do you have a vacuum gauge can you check vacuum when cranking

do you have any aerostart
remove inlet pipe to throttle body and have a helper, one sprays whilst other cranks

Took a while to borrow a vacuum gauge, got my hands on one today. I am not getting any vacuum when cranking. Tried Aerostart and had no result.
Could I have somehow caused the timing chain to skip when removing the harmonic balancer to change the CAS?

check that you connected vac gauge to a correct position
then investigate hoses off, egr open etc
