[QLD] vx v8 making knocking at rear when take off

Hi i was just wondering if any one can help me out my vx v8 calais is making a knocking noise from rear when taking off from stand still only dose it when i put my foot down a bit. It would be a really good help if someone knows why its doing this.

Hard to say with those symptoms. Could be the diff making the noise, or it could be a worn bush. My wagon made a similar metal in metal knocking when the bush at the top of the shock was flogged.

Could be your exhaust knocking against the underside of the car as well which is a common issue.
