VX/VU Climate Control Conversion

Hey guys,

So I have a friend who is stripping his VX Berlina wagon and I was wondering if it would be easy to swap his climate control unit into my VU ute to replace the standard AC. Also how would I do this best??

standard a/c as in the knobs??

Don't think its possible.. would need wiring and i think the parts all different

imo the climate controls more trouble than its even worth much easier with knobs

Pretty much need to take the whole HVAC system out of the Berlina if you want to fit climate control in the ute. Probably will need the BCM too as certain faults prevent the aircon switching on and need to be relayed correctly.
