VY Berlina Climate control has a mind of its own

Hello once again..just wondering if anyone else finds there climate controlled berlina or Calais seems to go out of control.. I'm thinking it's either a vacuum leak or sticking main door.. As you can hear there air racing around on auto mode but at times no air comes out the centre or side vents even if you select face mode manually at times.. Then all of a sudden it's works 

So people's with Calais and Berlina models when your air con is in auto mode and it changes to say the windscreen or floor does your display screen change or still stay on face setting ?.. Reason I ask on like a 40 degree day on auto set at 22 mine will chuck air on the windscreen and come back.. The only way I can make it stay blowing out of the centre vents is manual floor/ face setting.. Even manual face mode it will still send air to the windscreen at times...
