Replace disks that's it same happened to mine they're warped. If you fitted the disc pads make sure you put them on properly as my ve has a pair to suit each rotor.

and ensure there is no crap on the mating surfaces where they sit on the hub. i remember about 10 years ago my boss got caught out with that, new discs, brake shudder, ended up being a piece of crap on the mating surfaces causing runout.
