vy cross over locations.

    picked up my splits today for my ute and just wondering if anyone has any photos of where their cross overs are mounted? preferably in behind the door lining so its hidden as id like to try keep a stock look.
    unless anyone has any better ideas?

    Mine are in the dash.. Open the doors and take the side of the dash off and mine are stuck behind these..

    You can put them wherever they fit. Make sure they are secure, I'd wrap them in some carpet or a sock or something similar, the terminals are exposed so can create shorts easily. They can go on most places on the door.

    mounted them inside the door under the vent near the hinge. about center of the door as theres a huge hollow in the lining under the air con and then ran the wires up the inside of the door and along through the stock door grommet.
    just in case some one searches this in the future!

    I put mine up near the vents behind the dash, heaps of room there and easier to get to
