Vy door replacement

Gday guys just chasing some advice on replacing the left side doors on the Commy. I've got some doors to replace damaged ones but just wanna know if I should b replacing anything else while at it.... ie: hinge pins. All 4 doors do rattle slightly

Depends what you are intending to have as a final result.
If you want a show car then new pins and maybe new hinges.
If a daily driver then your choice.
Look at the pins when you have the doors off.
If worn, get new pins cause they are easy.
Replacing the hinges however, is a different level of skill and a lot of fun welding on new hinges in the right spot.
Passenger doors are usually not worn as bad as drivers door.

Cheers rambunctious... Na no show car mate, just getting daily drive tidied up. Will be wacking new pins in while I'm there. Stuff welding new hinges.... not that fussy on this one.

Hi Guys,
Sorry to butt in
I need to swap the front pass door on my VR and the pins are
badly rusted in.
I have the correct tool but they wont budge.
How do I remove them ?
Thanks.
