Hello all
I have a vy Ecotec with a T5 manual transmission, I was wondering if there is anyway I can get the Speedo to work with it

Yes. You need a speedo corrector kit that can convert the signal from hall effect to reluctor as the T5 uses a different speedo signal than the 4L60e that was originally fitted. Then you need to have the tune altered to manual settings.

Would you happen to know where I could get this kit and how much it would cost

Try an auto electrician if he can't get the box he will likely know someone who can. That's what I did when I was looking at fixing my speedo with the 3.45s. Box I needed was around $350 plus fitment. The one you need I have no idea but at a guess it will be similar money.
