Can anyone help. My car misfires under load going up a hill or if I put my foot down. Got new plugs leads ignition coils and it has a second hand ignition control module. We think it's definately a spark issue

Certainly sounds like one of the things you've already changed. Could be a dirty injector, when was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

Go have it scanned as it could be a couple of things like, maf, tps, O2 sensors,etc,etc, saves throwing money at it.
