Hey there. From what i have read, the VY commodores come with extra trip computer functions that the VX did not have.
Just wondering if the avg. speed and fuel can be reset, and does that interfere with resetting the trip meter on the odometer?
Also What is the stop watch function do???
I gather its not to show how fast the car can do over the 400 metres!!! lol

    thanks

    Hi Gleno

The VY Acclaim I think has the same trip computer etc as the Exec. You can reset the avg speed/fuel usage totally seperately from the trip.

I haven't worked out what the stop watch feature is for yet either - you have to go specifically activate it if you want it in the menu, but personally i just use a watch!

    In the manual.

Operation of the trip computer is explained in the owner's manual.

    Do you have one?

If not, you could join Club Holden (look on www.holden.com.au), where they have a pdf version of the manual.
