Save your money. You will never get a decent sound out of a Holden V6 - something to do with the engine firing order.

I actually prefer the sound of 4 and 6 cylinder motors. v8s sound like they're misfiring...

Game thing to say on a site mostly run by V8 drivers. I personally don't mind a good six as long as it isn't too loud. 4 bangers I hate with their exhausts done.
My ideal tone is a nice lumpy cammed V8

ok so i have sort of decided on the 2,5 redback

can anyone give me an idea on how much itll cost me to have one fitted to my vy s2?

also anyone know anywhere in melbourne that will do it?
preferably eastern suburbs

Just get one off ebay and fit yourself. It's just a straight bolt on system.

Step 1: Jack the car up and put on stands
Step 2: Remove 4 bolts from cat back mounting points
Step 3: Put new system on and do up bolts
Step 4: Go around the block a few times to get used to the roar
