Not looking to remove them as I can't be certain how good the paint will be underneath and also don't have a kidney to sell to replace them all. What adhesives do you all recommend for reattaching?

Remove them. Be done with it.

Heat gun and fishing line.
Then buy a “caramel wheel” from Hammerbarn for $20. It’s in their tool shop.
Give it a slow go over the paint to remove remaining adhesive.
Maybe a polish over it after.

If you don’t have a heat gun, get a cheap one like an Ozito Heat Gun. It will do the job.

Yeah that seems to be the reasonable long term solution, will just use some double sided tape till I get the heat gun and time to do it. Thanks

Some clag, a pop stick and wrap the car in ribbon. That should do it.

Whoops. And some
