Which makes me think fuel/air/mix delivery control issue.
Isn't that what changes most when ECU gets higher temperature sensor readings from cold?
And the occurrence utterly predictable with the only variable being engine temperature (therefore more likely to be choke/mix related than spark/timing)?

Very True,
but everything is clean as I can get it.
I forgot to mention, I did also take the Temp Sender out of the same vehicle I got the IAC & TPS units from,
and still have exact same flat spot scenario.
But it only faults for no more then 3 minutes, which is the time it takes to get the traffic lights up the road, after that, it runs great.
May have to do a Live Data screen on the Autel unit and see if there is any thing obvious,
Or just take to a guy with a Dyno, and let them put it through its paces when cold.

But its my Hobby/Toy, so when we go out in it, She DOESNT DRIVE !
As I like to warm it up my way ! ;)

Remove the egr valve and cut out a coke can the same shape and block it off and bolt it down then try, if it works then its sticking.

I thought you were staff so why not act like it and set a example to the rest of the members.

For your info I never dealt with a L67, I thought they all had it. Don't have to encourage other to act like a smart ass, everything quieting down now as members have finally taking notice of Admins advise.;)

If you have never dealt with an L67 than why are you giving advice? Poor or bad advice is worse than no advice at all!
