Why LEDs?
I have been using the higher output Phillips lamps, but they only ever seem to last 6 months or so before blowing. I do a lot of night driving to and from work along the freeway and would prefer something a bit more longlasting and powerful.

Cheers,
John

Don't install LEDS, you will be replacing them every 6 months,
I have just purchased a heap of filament globes to put back in my VY,
LED'S just start failing and flashing, I have binned them, was a waste of money.

Thanks for those wise words. I think I will follow your lead and forget about them if they are that problematic.
Back to buying my bulbs from the UK again at half the price of here for the exact same product and free shipping.
Cheers
John

I purchased my globes in bulk from Bright Light Australia, as i have always bought brake/tail light globes from them for the past 10+ years' as we are a 5 car family
they were in Ferntree gully, but moved to Shepparton, and they are switch on.

I could not find that, it only went to an LED website for house lighting?

Cheers,
John
