Vy NA ecotec to Vx supercharged

I was just wondering what or if any hassles would occur if I replaced my blown NA vy ecotec with a supercharged Vx ecotec? Any suggestions would be appreciated since this is my first commodore engine swap.

You will need to find a VY supercharged ECU and have it linked by somebody with a Tech 2.

Some loom mods also need to be made. Have a search.
