Hey all,

Is there a standard location (apart from the obvious) to put rear parking sensors?

Do they have to be in a certain spot on the bumper, or just evenly spaced?

It depends whether you use a non standard kit or the factory one. The factory kit gives a detailed template for the rear bumpers on VT/X/Y/Z and WH (one kit fits all). With an aftermarket kit, you need to have a look at the factory set-up to get some idea of the sensor locations.

I have fitted the factory kit. If you want, I can give you measurements between the sensors on the rear bar and you can use them to fit any kit you want.

You also need to ensure that the holes you drill are exactly the right size so that the sensors clip in firmly.
