VY Replacement Headlights

Hey guys, recently I've been looking to upgrade my 2003 Vy S headlights - h4's...
I'm over the poor range and look of the OEM bulbs..
Just wondering what replacements would get me a quality range + a slight blue tinge but still legal as I don't want to mess around with HID's and still be legal,

I've looked around and it appears that Philips seems to be a good option?

A quick google search shows that you can upgrade to H4 no problems.

I have Philips extreme +100 globes and there great.. Think there the brightest legal globes on the market..

Thanks for the replies, I was more along the lines of mr calais reply in terms of bulb review etc...
I think philips would be the better option due to the OEM bulbs being philips... correct me if im wrong though!

I changed to ss headlight on the vy series 2 and and use artiic h4 for the lows and h3 "ultra blue" for the highs, if they still sell the blue's on the shelf. I've never had trouble with the law or roadworthy.
