Thank you in advance for any help.
Hi all my VY ss air con fans work sometimes, air con has gas and blows cold air when fans work. I replaced fan relays to no advantage. Please help

It my appear to be gassed up, but may be low in gas,
As the air con system does have high and low pressure switches on the both sides of the sides of the system,
for that very issue you are having, so not to damage the system/parts.

If your cabin fan isn't switching on or intermitting then your A/C will switch off, so its either your fan switch or the fan motor or speed resistor.

Ok, like was said then low or high pressure switch is disactivating the A/C another thing maybe is the temperature sensor or the connection is loose. Go get the refrigerant pressure tested.

A pressure test may or may not tell you if you have low gas. My bus is low on gas and still has decent pressure. It was tested the other day. AC tech said its lowish, even though the pressure tested fine.

There are STD Pressures for the High and Low sides of Air Con systems,
If they are not in the average pressure readings, that will cause similar to the systems to drop out.
Where a system can be low on gas,
but still produce the similar pressures required, all depending upon the hardware if its old, new or just tired,
and may produce cool air, but not cold air, and will seem to working correctly.

Did he take the temperature and humanity in to the equation, if he did it correctly then he should no its low or not. Pressure tells the story, he should have a chart to give him or her the correct pressure at those temperatures.
