Vy ss engine cover mounting

Gday everyone.
I have a 04 VY SS Crewman that I purchased over 18 months ago.
When I purchased the car the engine cover was missing so I purchased a decent second hand one from Ebay , it is the turtle shell shaped cover.
I am really struggling to find where to mount it as I can not get the nuts to reach a bolt that should be sticking up.
I have purchased new plastic inserts that go underneath the shell but I still cant find anywhere to bolt it onto.
Can anyone give me some advise on how to mount the cover and bolt it down?

Sounds like you're missing 2 mounting brackets if you can't find anywhere for the nuts to screw onto

That would explain why I cant mount my covers lol.
