ok so i would love to know if the large box in the middle of the bash is anything and what it could hold, sounds silly to ask but was just wondering about it.... Also would anyone know how much it would cost to change the gear box from an auto to a manual and if anyone has done this is there any problems afterwards? Thank you for your time Katie.
yea I've often wondered what its ment to hold but usually people rip it out and stick a Gauge Pod in there
You mean the one under the radio, because VY's don't have a compartment on the top where the gauges are in a HSV (VZ do.) I put coins in that one. I lined the walls with felt so they don't jingle around when i'm driving. And the big storage bin (that doubles as an arm rest) i have tissues, a torch, UHF radio... just random junk really. The rubber tray at the bottom of that one is designed to hold CD Cases.
