Simple answer is yes, pretty sure they both run twin cats which is your starting point. Don't expect any great hp gains but there will be a slightly different note and of course you have twin pipes out the rear which always looks good.
Depends on the VY S pac, whether or not it is the twin cat model. Series 1 and early series 2 had single cats so the SS system won't bolt up. If your question is just about the rear muffler, then no, it won't bolt straight up regardless of the series.
