Sounds like a fuel pressure problem.

Get a fuel pressure gauge and connect it to the fuel rail test point and check what the pressure is at key on, Pull the fuel pump fuse and/or relay and crank it over for five seconds, turn the ignition off, then connect the pressure gauge, then put the fuse/relay back in, or fuel could spurt out in your eyes.

Should have 380-440 Kpa fuel pressure with the ignition on engine off. cycle the ignition on and off 3 or 4 times and see what the pressure gets to.
