Vy ss transmission

Need to replace my vy ss auto transmission, question is will a vz ss transmission go straight in an changed gears nò problem? As a mate said I would need to do something regarding the gear changes as the vz ss is different

VZ got an upgrade to the 4L65-E. From memory it's externally identical between models and will bolt straight in but you'll likely need your tune updated to suit slightly different internals
