Well besides the obvious, its a HOLDEN and of course I'm going to love it. I think they are on the right track. At the moment Ford has the upper hand in terms of performance but that won't last for too long. Ford has already chucked huge amounts of money at the BA, sure its selling but too many reliability problems has really hurt them over the years. Bring on the Gen4 engine, that would surely kick some arse or simply place the 7L Supercar engine in it
ssx....this is the AWD gen3 hey if it is....i reckon its sick, i like very very much, i reckon it looks awesome and would be a wikked car to drive... only problem is that i have heard rumors that it is aimed at the same market at the volvo awd thingo's, so will be rather pricey, i have heard rumors that they are around the $80k mark, but im not sure but i jus think this, it an AWD 5.7L, how sick would it be to drive all i can say - bloody good idea
SSX rocks everyone reckons the XR6 is quicker than the SS. idiots, if you research your stuff, the power:weight is better in the SS. woo
I seen the SSx at Sydney car show late last year. It looks good.......good concept.....weak as piss drive train. The fellow I was at the show with, ownes Promac gear and diff centre in Newcaste NSW. He laughed at the transfer case and auto set up. Rubbed his hands together and said he would start working on fixing the dramas with a kit. Be carefull boy's if your thinking of buying one. I would wait till they have them sorted. Tony.

I gotta say i am indifferent about the SSX. I do love the colour! The kit at the front is awesome. Im still not too sure about the hatch back/tail gate idea though... one concept i am fan of is the utester. Plus i love those wheels on it!

Yea has taken a little while, but that's cause I start one thing then it snowballs haha, what was suppose ti be a small cam in the standard 304 turned into a large cammed, ported, stroked and engine bay fabrication build haha.
