Here's a closer shot, ill get a closer one when i go outside next. (shot from the window)
It has a few bugs on it now so not looking its best.

Also tossing up whether or not to ditch the lion badge for a large HOLDEN badge thats found on the rodeo

I think keep the bade at the front the way it is, it looks tough and different i like it. how did you make it and what did you use??

If you go to post #6 you'll see where i cut the original grille up

This it it all plastic welded and smoothed over

Its a pain of a job because the back of the grille has a weird plane to it and cant be put down straight on a table to be traced.

Sounds like fun, Ive always wanted to make a custom front grill to make my car standout i like your idea.
Also very glad you stuck with the true holden badge not the ugly chev one.

I've just realised how rare these tonners are....
Only 570 V8 tonners were produced...(including all VY VYII and VZ ones)
hell, and they are selling for 14-18K on carsales. Such a rare car for such a small price
