vy v6 engine + gearbox swap: wiring information

so basically I've bought myself a donor manual vy v6 ute and i have pulled out the engine and fed the wiring loom and the box that it attaches to through the firewall, I've also pulled the engine out of my keep ute. now I have no idea what I need to do with ecu's, bcm's and pcm's. if someone could help out by telling me what needs to be done it would be highly appreciated!!

Is the ute VY also?
Was the ute auto or manual?

both vy, the donor ute is a 2004 exec factory manual, I'll call it the "white" so it doesn't get confusing
the ute I'm currently converting was an auto, I'll call this one the "green". this is the one I'm keeping, so far I've pulled out both engines and engine looms. now I'm up to the wiring side, I don't know what to do with, the ecu's, and pcm's. or even the bcm's if they're relevant. I just need to know what wiring and units needs to be changed in the green ute for the manual conversion. cheers
