vy v6 surging

hey guys,
hope someone can help
I have a vy v6 wagon
that on the first take off from stationary
surges & struggles to take off,
runs fine once moving & after 2000rpm its fine just surges & jerks till then.
what should I look into cheers

No error codes at the moment,
Always the same just always pulling away from stationary,

But have noticed the same surge when speeding up from 80 to 100 just not as bad.

I'd start by having a look at the throttle body, specifically the IAC, if it's having any issues keeping up when the butterfly starts to open you'll get this little temporary vacuum leak

great idea ill have a look into that I was thinking something to do with the intake or spark haha

Could be anything really but a sensor will usually throw a code and you say it runs fine once the revs are up, so spark and fuel must be doing something right
