Has anyone ever or know of anyone who has ever put an L76 6.0L into their VY?

And I know it'd probably be easier to buy a VZ SS and chuck a VY bodykit on it.

But just wondering if it's at all possible? And if so, what would be required to do it?
Me and a mate were discussing and curiosity got the better of us.

Totally possible, much easier with a complete V8 VY wreck for the electronics + k-frame + tailshaft and gearbox, better off just selling the V6 VY and buying a V8 one.

If it was an LS1 to 6.0L then it would just drop straight in and you'd just need a retune and there'd possibly some electrical differences.

Just be aware that the L76 has issues with the afm lifters failing you’d be better off going with an L98 or possibly even an LS2 engine if you want the 6 litre

All LS variants are possible, it's just a matter of the starting base, money, and how much of the work you can do yourself. If it were me, I wouldn't be starting with a V6 unless I had a complete donor V8 VY in the first place, even one with a blown engine.
