Vy v8 abs module issues

WILL A VX SS ABS MODULE FIT VY V8. BOTH HAVE SIX PIPES .THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS AS WOULD BE EXPECTED WITH MODEL CHANGES. ARE THEY THE SAME THING WITH A DIFFERENT PART NUMBER.:idea3:

There was a write up on it on the Injectronics website on Commodores ABS units and compatibility. They may look the same physically, but internally may have different pumps, valves etc. That's y the have different numbers. Usually confirm OE number when replacing.
