vy vz gear Boot

looks good ,much of a hassle fitting it ?

I got the place I bought it from to fit it for me......free of charge

but it doesnt look like it would be hard to do. Its just been glued on to the base
of the VX console clip which I handed to them last night, and it hasnt been
cut down shorter to fit at all...

As far as the gear knob change over.....just need to take the old one off, and
push the new one on. The retainer clips do the rest and hold it firmly in place.

I wana look at getting the short shift now, not the complete thing, just the bit that makes the stick itself smaller.

Yeah mate, went down there last night and dropped off the console clip, all that
was left was to take the old off and push the new one on.

Im just glad i didnt snap the black 5 speed face off when I was prying it away from
the VY head I bought last week.......its come out tops!!

Now I just gotta get a few more things changed inside the car.....paint the handles
satin silver or nickel silver like the dash and get the VY SS manual silver pedal covers.

yea winter get the pedals ,i got mine done on sunday ,look choice.
i want to get the gear boot done and also get the fascia touched up a bit.
also want monaro bonnet but apparently wont fit as i have otrcai and interferes with it.
