VY Wagon Roof Rails - Removal help

Hi all!!!
My first post thank you

wanting to know a simple way to remove the black roof mouldings (roof rack) off a VY wagon.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

They are bolted through the roof, so need to remove hood lining probably and undo the bolts.
If you look on top in the track you will see the flat heads of the bolts.

Probably full of dirt and rubbish under them ? This is 5 minute job with a Territory, but worth doing if you don't want rust to happen.
