    Hi there,

Im thinking about buying a VY commodore and need a little advise.

Im not quiet sure what the price range on these are lately, it was advertised for 9999 but i've managed to talk the dealership down to 7750.

It is a VY executive series 1.
    156, 000km.
    Auto.

The body is in pretty good nick and sounds alright and drives fine, from what i can tell.
Can someone tell me if this is a reasonable price?

    Also,
if i do purchase it i'd like to put an exhaust and extractors on..

    Any suggestions?

I was thinking pacemakers for the extractors, but no idea for the exhaust, what brand or what size..

And help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

    I think $7,000 is a bit steep, but that's dealers for you.Redbook

Yeh - try to look at private sales. I got my VY II supercharged Calais with 140000 k's for 10k over 12months ago, So 10k for an exec is highballing...

And remember - none of these prices are firm - take $1k or more off depending how motivated they are to sell...

I got my vy for $8500 almost a year ago. I would say 7k for a vy is good, you could find cheaper but not with less ks
