    No such thing as a VYSV6. There was a VY S which was the same power specs as the base VY

    2013 MY12.5 SV6Z + 2016 MY16 SV6, both manuals
    Yep, both 152KW.

    All the VY V6 plants produce 152KW.

    Mate, kW aint all they're cracked up to be, judging by your last posts thats all you're after...no point having 200+kW at 6000RPM when you havent got the torque to get there quick enough. Gotta read them in conjunction with one another. Sure a V8 Supercar has 600BHP, but look at the torque coming out of the things!

    My 16 year old Pulsar is quicker to get to its maximum kW figure at 5500RPM than my 2004 Commodore, but the Commodore out-torques it by a mile. (The Pulsar should theoretically outperform the Commodore on twisty bits via power/weight and such, but the torque figure has a BIG effect on the numbers :coolpimp: ).

    Ok to clarify, perhaps he meant the Super6 in the VY, if that the case the base V6 makes 152kW 305Nm and the SV6 makes 171kW 375Nm
