So im back with more bad news, well its a laughing matter but a serious one .. so my mate wakes up this morning and tells me about his car made an awkward clunk noise lastnight but was fine until this morning.. ( his being an 04 sv8 [vz] ) and he rings me laughing his head off, turns out his diff was on the way out which sucked but its long gone.. he took it too the mechanic and the bloke turns around and go's ill replace it for 2200$ now straight away i think the mechanic is jewish coz thats serious bullshit. just wandering ( he lives in sydney ) if anyone knows a good place to get it done cheaper or a good place to buy a new or second hand diff from. just one quote for 150 but i thinks its abit dodgy :s.... but another from a great company ive used in the past " commWreck " great blokes they said 500. any other suggestions would be appreciated. but all i can say is HAHAHA all those burnouts finally caught up with him
