I was surprised that some of the diaphragms were in really good condition,
as they seemed to have a powder on them, like a Talcum Powder.

HVAC Vents To Screen Fault Update,

I drove to work today and it includes a number hills to get over and around,
And the HVAC did not fault, or change the Ventilation to Windscreen under acceleration
I can confirm the Actuator that is on the Drivers site is the one that is cause of the HVAC Fault,
The Fix was $13 and took 1/2 hour to change it over.

P04300 DTC "Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)"

I am having the above DTC activating all the time now,

I removed and cleaned the O2 sensors [Pre & Post CAT} and it fixed it for a while,
But, I did notice they are 2 different Sensors,
My question is,
is that correct ??

I am about to RIP THE  exhaust off, and try and clean the CAT,
possible soak it in Degreaser
or
Where I read soak it in strong dish washing water over night,
As I have read this can stop the cause of the DTC activating,
[but cant have the exhaust off for too long tho]

Any advice is welcome, before I spit the dummy big time !

I woke up at 5.45am, and thought I know, I’ll read this thread!
Just finished it. Great stuff. Well done you!
I have also just re-read from beginning to end.
Between you and Fu Manchu, there is enough info for any member to fix and clean the slightest of problems with an AWD.
Respect to both of you on your enthusiasm. :)

@lout has better training though. I’d listen to him before any of the crap that I write.

I will check the trims on the weekend and get back to you.

I am at a brick wall, as it’s been running perfectly since/when I did the chains,
Gets up and goes, launches all the time, every time for a 1.8 ton car, the 190kw high output is a VERY strong motor,
I travel 60k’s each way for work
(120 k’s round trip) and it’s getting an average 11 > 12L per/100Km,
Suburbs and Freeway driving.
