It’s cool. I was joking. His accent is more noticeable than an Eagles fan in the Saints club rooms.

Huh ?

I don't know anyone here who talks like that.
He sounded to me like a New Zealander chasing the bucks in WA.
Especially looking at the tattoo style - he reminded me of some guys I worked with.

Update -

Roadworthy done on Friday,
Transferred today at VicRoads,
And then took it for a 150k Round Trip this afternoon,
Keeping in mind, it was poring with rain when I did go for a drive, and it drive straight, and tracked perfectly at 110 km/h in the rain.

However, it drove very nice, but it had like a vibration sound from 80k/m up to 110,
I was thinking front diff ?
Transfer Case ?
I will investigate further.
But when I did pull up, I heard the radiator fans running, so I am guessing, maybe the fans are powered on when I am driving at 100km/h,
Which could be the noise, restricting the air flow as the fans only want to spin at the 12 volt speed, instead of air Speed.
In the next could of days, I going to give it a run again and disconnect the cooling fans temporarily.

Good to try the simpler stuff first.
Wheel balancing issue? Maybe rear wheels.
I mentioned somewhere else her that I have vibration from the front drive system which got worse over time.
Fixing that would have been big $$

I will check a few more things, and see how I go,
Since we can get out and about now, it will make it a bit easier.

Dear Members, Just putting it out there -

I am looking for a pair of rear springs for my Adventra,
Preferably King Springs KHRR-65
Or equivalent in Pedders, or Lovells.

I ask this as I am sure that my Rear Springs have sagged,
and when I select Reverse,
the Reversing sensors start activating intermittently, and a few times I have got out of the car and noticed the road is uneven.

I have removed the Rear Bumper Cover a number of times now, and cleaned all the Sensor fittings and Bumper Cover,
I have even purchased another Set thinking it was a faulty one out of the four,
But have the same issue with the replacements,
And after seeing a few other Adventra's, I recon the Bum has sagged !
I guess everyone's Rear sags when it get older :D

Dear members,

It’s been a while since I have posted anything in here, and it’s possible a stale thread,
I possible did mention the issue in another thread, but now wish to include it in my Adventra Poject if someone else has the same issue in there Adventra.

However, I am still having the issue where I accelerate either up a hill, or when I sink the boot into it, and the HVAC goes the demister vents,
I have read the check valve off the manifold can cause this, I have replace this.
I have now read there is an actuator (as per image attached, have not purchased it as yet) that fails, and leaks the vacuum from the HVAC hose.
I do know there are 3 actuators on the HVAC system,
I am just wondering which one it is please, or point me in the right direction, so I don’t need to pull the dash out.
Any advice/tips most welcome.

As per above issue, I thought I had a vacuum leak, well in fact I did, but not where I expected,
I put the smoke machine on the intake manifold and what do I find !
The hose from the manifold to the brake booster was leaking at the manifold, so I cut it back, and re-fitted it off.
I have a little video of it,
(The noise in the background is the smoke machine)

The past few weeks I have been driving to work and home in the Adventra making it earn its keep,
I have done the “check the outside temperature”, (being climate control) and I have noticed the temp was approx 2 deg hotter on the screen than what Siri indicates,
So I sourced another sensor from the wreckers, and notice it reads exactly the same, 2 deg hotter than the outside temperature.
