VZ alloy no start

heya fellas long time no see.

got a vz v6 here thats a no start, no fuel pressure no spark.

car came in diagnosed as faulty PCM(the one on the engine) so it was replaced. 4 digit TIS code was provided by holden dealer, seemed to link ok. i got a code for the vehicle and a code for the replacement PCM

ive got random drop offs in communication (using g-scan, not tech2 as i dont have access to one) PIM seems to link, can bring up accurate vehicle data, BCM seems to link, can turn fuel pump off and on, 50psi healthy pressure, but keep getting "no communication" error when linking ECM to PIM.

could it be ive got a dud TIS code? is there anyone online that has access to global data? i know its been a while since ive been online to help anyone but im tearing my hair out with this POS.

any other suggestions?

relays all been checked, wiring thoroughly checked, fuses checked.

Definately sounds like a no talky talky issue you have.
So was the original pcm actually faulty?

Yeah, he got it all sorted. Cant remember what it was in the end though.
