VZ Alloytec engine fault codes

Hi All, having problems with my 05 VZ alloytec. I have just had the cam chains replaced and cam solenoid actuator sensors replaced and is still showing fault codes P0100 P0020 P2088 and is using 16l of fuel per $100 ks. Could there be a problem with the ECU/ECM or are there any other suggestions out there?

Mine would be that the chain wasn't set up correctly or even replaced.
(If you did it yourself, then you will of course know it's new)
