Hi all, just wanting to pick your brains as this will be my first commodore purchase above the vl range.

Im looking at a 05 Calais 160,000kms, leather, electrics etc etc, tidy condition for 10k. And an 05 berlina 120,000kms, very tidy condition for around 8k - 8.5k.

What are your opinions on what to buy?? and if those prices are reasonable, ill take any all opinions.

    Thanks people.

    Gary.

The Calais would be my pick..... but i'm biased.

Traditionally the Calais is a lot more car for not a lot extra coin.

Calais all the way mate, you won’t regret it for a second. Very, very nice car, you might as well get the best model you can.

Shop around and get the best example possible, lowest kms etc… great market for large car buyers atm.

Calais is way classier than the berlina is a poor mans calais imo.

Definitely go the calais mate, ive got a berlina and wish i had a calais everyday. 160,000k is getting up there though so make sure it's got a good service history, oil changes are a must with the alloytecs!
